Application
How will I know that I have been accepted?
The RR will post the final field of contestants no later than February 12, 2008. Teams accepted into the tournament will receive their acceptance packets on-line by returning to the tournament web site - instructions will be given in an acceptance e-mail which will be sent to all coaches and other team contacts the next day - no acceptance packets will be mailed.
What if my team is not accepted?
We received applications from many more teams than could be accommodated by the limited number of fields and referees.

In reviewing all applications, participants were selected using the following criteria:

- Geographical mixture;
- Level of league play;
- Tournament participation, and
- Competitive team history.

Please understand that our inability to accept your team into this year’s tournament is by no means a slight against your team. We simply could not accept all the teams that showed interest and had to use the above criteria to sort through all the applications.

We will return a check for your tournament application fee to the primary contact person listed on your application.
When is the application deadline?
Applications are due February 1, 2008

Bracketing/Team Selection
How do you bracket your teams?
Teams accepted into the RR are bracketed in a number of ways with the overall goal of providing the most competitive soccer weekend possible for each division. Many teams suggest the division in which they would like to compete, but it is the overall competitiveness and record of the team applying for that age level that will determine placement.

Recent league play, strength of league, performance in State Cup/regionals/nationals, preformance in other top-level tournaments, ranking by NSR and GotSoccer, geography, and other criteria go in to our bracketing decisions.

The Tournament Director and the Competition Committee reserve the right to modify these guidelines where indicated, again, to provide the maximum competitive brackets
When will schedules be posted?
The schedule of play will be posted on-line on Tuesday February 26.

In Indiana U9 and U-10 play 6v6, U11 and U12 play 8v8 and U13 and above play 11v11.

General
Are pets allowed at the field?
No, they are not allowed at either site.
How likely is it that my team will have a Friday night game?
It is extremely unlikely. The only teams that might be playing on Friday night are premier division U16-U18 teams. Friday night was only listed to allow for the possibility of one to two games in that age group being played under the lights on a turf field in Indianapolis. Any teams involved in those games would likely be local and would be notified well in advance of coming to the tournament.
Is there a shuttle for LSP?
No. There is ample parking at LSP.
My club has the same coach for more than one team. Can you schedule those teams so that they don't play at the same time?
We make every effort to accommodate requests like this, however teams MUST make alternate coaching provisions in the event this request can not be honored.
Where are your fields located?
The RR will use three complexes located in Indianapolis. All of your games will usually be at one complex. Typically, all U-9 through U-12 and U17 and U18 divisions will be at LSP. Additionally, some U13, U14 and U15 divisions will be at LSP. The majority of U-13 thru U16 divisions are at DSF. These fields are approximately 20 minutes apart via the interstate. Click on Maps for directions to each.

Web Site
The application form does not look right on my screen (overlapping drop down boxes, long rows over the input fields, etc.) What is going on?
First, you should let the ENTIRE form load BEFORE you scroll. It is a big form.

In short, your computer does not have enough memory (RAM) available to render the form correctly. Here is the solution that will work in most cases:

1. Clear the cache (temporary files) in Internet Explorer (Usually Tools>Internet Options>Remove Temporary files
2. Shut down Internet Explorer
3. Restart the computer
4. Open JUST MS Internet Explorer.
5. Go to Web site, fill out form.

In most cases, this will solve the problem....
